		<description>Not surprised it was an Eagle Scout leading the group.  Most importantly, he was providing an excellent example for the younger Scouts - some of whom will attain the rank of Eagle...and then go on to be leaders of organizations and their communities.  Scouting is all about leadership development and motivation.  This kid "gets it" and that really shows.  I'm sure 'Big Otto' is very proud.</description>
