		<description>I totally agree with your comments.  I cannot believe they are wasting the taxpayers money by investigating steroid use in baseball.  As you point out, there are too many other issues that our government needs to be focused on, but what can you expect from a government that spends $42 million dollars to send out letters telling us that we are going to get tax rebates.  You would have to have been on another planet to not have heard about this in the news.  Just think about all the truly good areas that could have used that money.</description>
