I really have started to appreciate everything so much more since moving to Scotland. My friends and I put the boxes of mac n cheese into a big pot and cooked it. We all sat around with big bowls eating the yummy pasta. It truly tastes like home. Even more than the mac n cheese I realized what amazing family I have. You've made it possible for me to be here among thousands of other things. So you say to let someone know when you appreciate them...here you go.
